Description:
My Sister, Christie, has really been a God-send to me for many reasons... and for many years. She's always been "the rock" of my family... just as dependable and steady as you could ever even hope to imagine, and ALWAYS there when just such a "grasp on reality" is direly needed! In my teens, not terribly long after my Father died, I went to live with her in Franklin, NC. Here she was, just 23, a 9-month old baby and one on the way... and offering to put up with the antics of a "troubled teen" until Mom could re-build her own life. Well, Christie not only provided a wonderful and beautiful place to live... but taught me how to prioritize the truly important aspects of life while doing it!
Beautiful, wide opening large flowers greet the day with such remarkable class and integrity... just breathtaking! Not very tall, but still well above the foliage, this wondergirl is just perfect for the "front of the border"! It's been a wonderful plant to have here, and it's great to be living so close to Christie again here in NC, too!
