Description: If any of you have ever met the VERY dynamic, vivacious, hilarious, and quite lovely Nikki Schmith (former AHS Pres)... then you'll indeed know, she's a TOTAL "Dyna Girl"! For sure, she does so much for not only the world of daylilies (and all those who love them)... but somehow manages to find the time to a great wife an mom. Always the first to take on enormous charitable positions, it's a wonder the girl ever sleeps! Indeed, I've been affectionately calling her "Dyna Girl" for a while now, bedazzled by her ability to "keep it together" in spite of so many obstacles. I tell ya, the gal's simply amazing!
This cultivar is meant to do Nikki justice! Indeed, though it's not some overpowering behemoth... the sheer power of it in the garden is totally intense! Great alabaster pink, with sizzling and radiating aura of golden tentacles... it glows! Most amazing, is the sheer might of it's foundations... rock-hardy and heavy dormant foliage is resistant to virtually everything 'ole Momma Nature can toss at it. In fact, it's speed of rebloom is so fast, the increase is quicker than just about any dormant I've ever grown! Not "weedy" at all... huge mature fans are like leeks on steroids. Tough, reliable, resistant to all that try to overcome it... all while keeping a look of feminine grace. Hmmm... remind you of anyone? ;-)
This plant had been archived, but due to intense customer reaction, I've brought some back to the sales bed... as I KNOW folks LOVE it!
