For sure - fusillade is a name I've had on my giant "list of names" I'm forever adding to here, but it took a while to find the PERFECT new plant to give it to. I think I've definitely FOUND IT here, AT LAST!

This fiery deep red unusual form (crispate) REALLY pumps out the buds (or "missiles") at its unsuspecting target (YOU!)! With simply amazing branching and bud count, there's just no way to deny it the attention it clearly DEMANDS (and with FORCE!) in the garden... at least when these hotties truly start exploding in an absolute barrage of its assault on your senses! First round not enough to take ya out? Well, then along comes a SECOND round of big (and beautifully dark) flowers for ya!  Take THAT!

It's rare to get this kind of performance standard in diploid daylilies, but that's what I'm all about. I'm even happier that this plant is so fertile, so I can keep up with the quest for more of such bombastic quality! WOO HOO!!!
