Description:

Wow... WHAT an incredible color! And so CLEAR and BRIGHT!

There's no doubt I'm partial to the pink/red combination, as just the right blend of those two colors (together with SERIOUS saturation) produces the most AMAZING frequency of color to the eye. Up close, it's nearly blinding... and from afar, QUITE noticeable (and distinctive)! Nice plant habit, and rather tall and heavy scapes holding the huge blooms at good height. NO doubt you can't miss this one in the garden, for SURE!!!

I bloomed out ~500 seedlings involving "Rose F. Kennedy", and had QUITE a time in their 3rd year making selections... they were ALL indeed quite pretty! The main problem was in branching and bud count, and what I relied on heavily to finally pick 5 of that entire lot to keep. "Hypatia" was the prettiest pink with best habit, and came out in 2015. "Smoke Shop" the best purple with fantastic plant habit. "Free 'n Clear" was by far the hottest "red/pink" of the lot, biggest flowers, and best habit.
