Description:

How UNIQUE!

This stunning plant is truly a BEAST in the garden... with massive plant habit, voracious dormant foliage, and scapes that you could rip up and use as a registered weapon (handy, with some of the "guests that just won't leave)! I just LOVE the pleated form of the petals, which look like rising marmalade biscuits fresh from the oven! This distinctive form makes the flower very 3-dimensional, and attractive from virtually any angle... NICE, for a garden setting!

This plant is dedicated to a FAB gal I know from Wisconsin, Genni Kleckner. I've loved her (and her hubby Francis, TOO!) since the very first time we met when speaking up in Madison eons ago! She LOVES to bake, and is RIGHT GOOD at it... her fave time o' year being Christmas, when she somehow manages to produces 30-40 different kinds of baked treats - and they're GOOD!!! Indeed... once you've had somethin' from Genni's lovin' oven, you're HOOKED!!! I personally blame her for this spare tire I get every Holiday season... but still keep lovin' her, nonetheless.
