Description:

This loud and lovely gal can hail you from a distance! Actually a clear mix of its parents... a hot orange self from TdF, and a rich rose-red overlay and ruffled edge from SCRR... which give the overall appearance of "brown" to the eye! The bubbly gold edge accents this scheme incredibly well! Beefy foliage is quite vigorous in habit, and scapes are well suited for strong stance for such a prolific bloom. 3 sets of scapes finish before season's end here in zone 7.

Great breeder, and can be taken may ways...such as producing hot oranges, like HELLO HEARTSTRINGS (2009)... and current work towards even better "browns" (which look GREAT together with yellows and reds in the garden, for a very "warm" feeling).
