Description:
This is... one.. AWESOME... daylily!!! Check out our new video of this polarizing dynamo, below!
I toiled waaaay too much over this one... wonderin' if anyone would even bother to click on the description of a "yellow daylily" - but - it's SUCH a FANTASTIC flower AND plant, there's just NO way I could deny its freedom!!!
HUGE plants have some of the best foliage I've produced over the decades, with positively massive (and tall) scapes thrown to the heavens. The buds themselves are enormous, with first blooms often hitting 8" with ease. The flowers are of the most incredible substance, fully textured and most often quite flat opening. Most blooms have pleated throats, and all segments are ruffled. The color... just as BRIGHT as one could hope for! I simply LOVE the green throat, and how it incorporates the color into the whole scheme. YES, it's WORTH HAVING!!!
THANKS for at least checkin' this one out, though you'll be even HAPPIER if ya get it... I PROMISE! Meanwhile, I'm not sure I care about the slackers that are missing out, 'cuz I'm TOTALLY happy with hoarding this beauty! :-P
2022: I've been sold out of this one since the year it introduced, when I didn't have many to begin with. I've not that many for the season, but at least I've FINALLY got SOME!
