Description:

What a BRIGHT and CHEERFUL gal this one is! I just love the way "lemon yellow" flowers can glow in a garden, especially when it's so extreme... when there's just SO MANY of 'em. Flower self is actually a very light yellow with a "tiny hint of pink" blend, and the edge is a gummy and vibrant NEON green-lemon yellow. Big diff in shade and full sun photo, so I showed both.   "The most prolific rebloomer in my entire collection of 20K+ daylilies!", says Dave W. - a North Dakota customer.

Check out the video I got of this little beauty in 2021 below!...

This flower is named for my Grand Niece, Alexis... who has the most outgoing personality you could EVER hope to encounter! In my photo of the girls... that's her on the right (and that's the one and only Little Miss Lucy on the left!). I love this photo, because it really captures "who she is". Lucy was a little down that day, and it was little Miss Alexis who was first to offer help with cheer and understanding... such a little ambassador of good feelings she is! Well... can you see the reason I wanted to name this particular plant for her now? She'll bring joy to ANYONE who knows her! ;-)
